Join us to celebrate Earth Day along with our friends at The Aventine and Plēb Urban Winery!
We will be learning about Natural and minimal intervention wines. We will also be learning about biodynamic and organic wines, and the main differences and benefits of these winemaking options and techniques.
What is the difference between natural wine and organic? Why this is more than a fad. Suffering from headaches after drinking wine? This might be an answer!
We will be pairing all the wines from different wine regions along with local ones with a scrumptious menu:
Reception Wine: Pét Nat Sparkling Wine
Pinot Gris paired with shrimp ceviche salad
Spanish Grenache paired with Smoked paprika cream pasta with chorizo and shaved Manchego
Syrah paired with Gouda stuffed portobello mushrooms
Orange wine (Skin Contact) paired with Passion fruit tart
We will also welcome our friends at Plēb Urban Winery who will introduce their Orange Wine, b-sides & rarities vol. 5, while they talk about their natural wine initiative, their winemaking, and all they have to offer.
